We are pleased to welcome Ralf Mühlenberg as the new member of the executive board for the technical division within the Hoffmann Group of Companies, which includes the companies SONAX, HOFFMANN MINERAL and Duro Druck.
Mr. Mühlenberg most recently served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the dalli Group in Stolberg. In his role, he was responsible for the overall management of seven production sites across four countries, as well as the organizational units of Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Home Care & Personal Care, Central Engineering, Facility Management, and SHEQ (Security, Health, Environment, Quality). Before his transition to the executive board, he managed various company production sites for 15 years as Technical Director. Ralf Mühlenberg is a trained industrial clerk and has a degree in business administration. With his extensive experience in technical leadership positions, he possesses a broad knowledge spectrum in the areas of production, plant and site management, and site development, particularly in the manufacturing of cleaning and care products, including aerosols.
In his new role, Mr. Mühlenberg will oversee the production and maintenance departments of all three companies, as well as the management of the open pit mining of HOFFMANN MINERAL.
